Folks, as a general rule with multi-platform releases, it is helpful to specify which platform you are using/having trouble with. This is a constant issue with a lot of the discussions on here, but highlighted in this case in particular.



Anyway, I just downloaded it for my 360 through the Cerberus network without any problem. Went into the game and had a message waiting at my terminal. The shotgun was automatically available in the armory to be equipped for any shotgun capable squaddie, and the armor could be equipped in my quarters just like any other DLC armor.



Couldn't tell you about downloading it for the PC, but once downloaded the items will 99.9% likely be in exactly the same places.

I like to wear the armor. but I don't want to be stuck wearing a helmet.

Is it right that when you use the cerberus code, that you are only allowed to see the DLCs one time? So when i want to login with the same account and same code again (after i already logged in one time), it doesn't work anymore? It's a bit confusing.

That sir is a great idea, I am now on my way to the Normandy ruins to get my helmet which I accidently lost on the impact onto the planet.

You can always see your DLCs on your Registered Game Promotions Page.  The code can only be used once, but it gets associated with your account.  Just log in to the same account here and in game.

Got the helmet. Takes a bit to find all the dogtags. 4 are under the "FRAGIL BOXES". Shot them a couple of times to reveal.

No, you can always see your DLCs on your Registered Game Promotions Page.  The code can only be used once, but it gets associated with your account.  Just log in to the same account here and in game.

I already used the code and downloaded Zaeed and the lost Normandy-pack.
Am I able to download this new DLC they are uploading today? Or am I not? That was my question, but thanks already for answering the half of my previous post.

It's 1128 CST and I have the download on the XB360. Checked with my friend and he doesn't have it on the PC. It'll get there.

i found the armor and the shotgun! the shotgun should be in your weapon storage ready to go, and armor should be in your cabine thingy (try exiting ME2 and download it again, that's what i did when i didn't found it!)

I just downloaded the DLC on my 360 went in-game and its not there =s

I even went out found an anomaly did that mission came back and still nothing...

I got it. It looks nice. It's too bad you can't toggle from a predominantly white to black. Haven't had a chance to try the shotgun yet, but then I'm a soldier so I very rarely use it.
