Why did we not get to reply to e-mails? It seemed it would have made sense to reply to the e-mails that were sent... Most of them were ust thanks but we should have had the option to reply to at least some of them...


Any thoughts?

yeah even a preset message similar to GTA4 would have been nice.

Would have been really cool to be able to reply to different messages with a paragon/neutral/renegade response. Here's hoping we see something like this in the next game.

I was thinking the same thing. I was sure the option is available, and was looking for it like crazy after receiving my first e-mail. Especially, when I got an e-mail from my mother (my Shep is a spacer) and she obviously was going crazy (I mean, come on, her daughter died on duty two years ago and suddenly is alive again. what mother wouldn't freak out?), and I couldn't even reply her? Or make a quick call 'Hi mom, I'm back. Can't talk, call you later' (especially, since we could call her in ME1 with less mind-shattering information). I really thought that my Shep is an a*s for not replying her own mother (well, not being able to).

I wish they had done it exactly like GTA4, maybe with a neutral option too.

I hope in ME3 they do it like alpha protocol were you choose out a preset list, with different responses.
