My Ea Acount was Not tied to boiware and PSN account correctly and this was stoping me from getting my DLC content. The guy on the phone had access to all the info and was able to bind all the data the way it should have been. Numbers Below if they Help

Yeah see things aren't as bad as people are making them out to be all over the forums. I have received nothing but help even if it does take some prodding at times. But my guess is the Bioware team is slammed with fixes/patches and the random requests for site issues and help.
