I have a feeling it's right in front of my face, but for the life of me I can't figure this out. I know I've seen it before... I should have left a trail of breadcrumbs.

Breadcrumbs are good. You can view your posts in the 'jump to' menu at the top of the page. There's a 'your posts' option in there.

That jump to menu was so hard to find, I just found it last night as well..after looking everywhere to find my subscribed posts.. problem is there is a search bar there so it makes it look like thats a dropdown for searching.
