Im trying to get the achievement "Easily Sidetracked" and i did alredy 102 quests..
I heard that the game includes total of 110 quests and i think 102 its more then 75%

Not to sound snide, but if you've done that many quests and have yet to earn that particular achievement, your best bet is to continue completing quests. Furthermore, that achievement does not take into account the main-story quests, so your number of 102 may (or may not) be inflated.
I agree with you in the sense that the 75% may be incorrect. I remember earning this achievement as I was finishing up quests in my quest log before the Landsmeet--and I had completed every quest I could find up until that point. Nonetheless, the achievement, as far as I know, is not "bugged," and it should be awarded once you meet the criteria (whatever that criteria may be, assuming it differs from its description).

Thank you for your bother, i got the game from a friend, he brought me the discs so i dont have the cd key..
