That they are cancelling support for all original xbox games on the 360. They said the system needs to "keep evolving" so they don't want people playing classic xbox games. How stupid...

Err I don't see too much of a problem with this as it's only canceling Xbox live support(online play, dlc)for the original Xbox games. The original Xbox stopped production 4 years ago,and the most popular game still played online that I know of is Halo 2 and there's already a sequel out and a prequel on the way for that.

It's just a way for them to push off people who play the older games and try and force them to buy the newer more expensive ones. I think it's a dumb move but their bean counters seem to think otherwise.

That's dumb if they really intend to do that, so what if someone plays older games? I'm still playing the original Kotor, I can't tell you how many times I went through that game!

Shame really, now there is no way to play older classics like Halo 1 and 2. I have a D&D game for the original Xbox thats just sitting there, and now I can't play it with the 360. :/

Guys, they're only taking out the Live play. You can still play your Xbox games on the 360.
