It is a massive plate armor chest piece that gives some bonuses. I don't have the stats on hand but I do know that it requires heavy armor proficiency and a lot of strength to wear.

38 Strength required if I remember correctly, sorry I don't have an image but next time in game I'll try to grab one and post it if nobody else has responded by then.
Don't know if my stuntie can actually equip it yet, he may only be around 31 or so strength at the moment.
