I just had an EA Customer Service representative assist me on linking my Xbox Live Gamertag to my EA Account and was successful, but when I logged back in to the Cerberus Network on my 360, my connection to the Cerberus netowork was lost and now it says I have to purchase it.
Does anybody know how this can be fixed?

I have a similar problem. When I loaded up ME2 today, I was prompted to enter my Cerberus Network code or purchase one, even though I had successfully joined launch day.

I'm not about to spend 1200 M$ points just to reclaim to subscription to the Cerberus Network. Does anybody know a solution?

Re-contact EA Support and have them fix it - it's not like random people here can help you.
