My character profile show 0 characters but all my achachievements are listed.

I have read the BW faq on the character data and I meet all of their requirements.  I should not be having this problem.  I auto login and all accounts are the same.  

I have read that doing a "Hard Save" will trigger the profile to upload.  I have not tried this yet, as I generally use "F5" to save my progress.  

Can anyone verify that this is a true thing?  What has worked for you? 

I like the idea of the social site, I just wish I could use it.

As far as the web team is aware, data is only uploaded on a manual save, not on a quicksave.

I'm currently lvl.8, my profile haven't updated since i was lvl.3 - no matter manual or quicksave...

Yeah, I've got the same problem. I manual save everything but despite rolling three characters, none are appearing, yet all achievments are there. I can't fathom it out at all!!

Similar problem despite manual saves. My profile shows that I'm level 5 although I'm actually level 10.

Same issue here, my chars from the char creator seem to be showing up, but nothing from the live game. Although on the char i'm playing atm it does say: Last updated 2009-11-06 19:12:31...but her stats are all as they were at creation.

Edit: I notice on my main profile page it says: Updated:    4 week(s) ago
Which is wrong ;p

In the 360, you need be logged in before starting a new character for it to be updated properly on social.

Having the same issue with the 360 version.  I can see achievements but no character info.

My char has finally updated, it happened pretty soon after i asked a bunch of people to checkout my profile after reading this in the FAQ: "No one has visited your DA player profile page - the system decides who to sync based on whether their profile has been visited in the past day."



Maybe it was just a co-incidence though?

My achievements are being updated, but my profile is not. My character profile is stuck at level 4, but my achievements seem to update as soon as I save and quit. Logged in on PC version using manual saves.

My stats update fairly readily, but the equipment list is way behind, and the appearance is still "as first created" when I've had mail and swords for days. It SAYS mail is equipped, but the actual picture is the starting leather from long ago.

I have the same problem as David.

Everything is up to date now except the appearence of my character in the character screen.

I've been having the same issue. Character's stuck at level 9, nothing has updated since 11/04, but my screenshots are still updating regularly.



I have tried to the manual save trick to update, and it doesn't work. For new characters to show, however, it does.



Wonky upload system right now, I figured it had something to do with server strain or something.

I went home and tried the hard save. Still have 0 characters on my profile page. Nothing works, I heard maybe viewing your stats in game (have tried this didn't work) and making a screen shot might also work.



Is there any fix for this yet?
