Anyone have a list of all the people you need to get this achievement?  I'm thinking I missed a couple along the way, wanted to verify that I did.

You can get them all in one playthrough. Shale is not needed for the achievement because he is DLC.

Loghain is extremely missable, in case you don't know when or where to recruit him.

Some people are reporting bugs where Oghren simply doesn't show up when he's supposed to. It's not actually confirmed to be a bug (maybe you need to actually trigger something for him to show up?) but.. yeah.. we think it's a bug.

You don't need Loghain to get the achievement.

I think you do, because I got the achievement after recruiting Loghain after the Landsmeet.
