It looks like the install worked but the command to tell MSSQL Express to create the database failed. It should be possible to do that manually using SQL Server Management Studio, I'll get to work on a wiki page describing how to do that.
In the meantime, remember to stop by http://social.biowar...troubleshooting and see if anything there looks familiar or useful. There's a lot of database-related stuff there.

In the meantime, there's a troubleshooting page at http://social.biowar...troubleshooting that could potentially have some helpful information. Most of the stuff there is database-related, it's been one of the trickier components of the toolset to make behave.

It looks like the default directory that Steam installs Dragon Age into has a path longer than 58 characters, but the MSSQL Express installer bundled with the toolset chokes when it tries to install to a path that long.
We're looking into this now and if it's the case we'll try to come up with some sort of workaround.
