After you defeat the Arch Demon? I want to know cause I got 120 spots and I want to take some armor sets and some of the better weapons. But I know we pick up stuff during the final battles. I'd rather just do it after the final battle, if thats an option.

Anything that's in your inventory (actually in your pc's inventory, not in the chest or on a companion) will be transferred across to the expansion. David Gaider has said that there may be a problem with the Ultimate Sacrifice save, they're not sure at the moment if it will be possible to transfer your equipment in that case.
Edit: So it's whatever you have on you in your Post Epilogue Campaign Save (just to be crystal clear).
