Well I finally got a rig thats nice and it plays ME2 great....problem is I cannot get an import because I beat ME1 on the 360.....................and I cant find ME1 for PC(want to do a full play through) in any store around the Miam, FL area... does the download fromd direct2drive work fine when it comes to importing to ME2?
where the heck do I get ME1....for pc

If you just want to have an import character then you could always go to www.masseffectsaves.com
The steam version works well though if you actually want to play ME1 again.

i got it..steam always downloads massively slow for me dunno why. but its fine its getting there..

Yeah I bought it for the 360 because I didn't want to wait to try a BioWare RPG only to discover the controls were complete crap and dropped it after a few hours. Was a blast on PC though.
It's a real shame they didn't make much, if any, effort to make the PC controls follow PC conventions or make use of the PC's keys at all.
