How much does 20 gigs compare to the main game installation, size-wise?
And is it also on 360?

Okay, for those of us who DON'T play DA:O, how much of an expansion was/is this "Awakening" dealio? Because I Googled it and it is apparently another 40 bucks.
That's, like, 2/3 of the game price again...
The DA:O xpack will add about 15-20 more hours of gameplay

According to my steam. It tells me the local files are 15 gigs in size for DAO as is now.

Mass Effect 3 (2011): The
third game in the series is planned for a release date sometime between
2011-2012. Casey Hudson commented that Mass Effect 3 "will be easier
because we don't have to worry about continuity into the next one."[4]This
meant that the release would be earlier. January 2011 is when it is to
be expected. However, decisions will still be imported from Mass Effect 2
to Mass Effect 3, as to keep continuity within the series.[5]
Casey also said in a interview at the Consumer Electronics Show that
BioWare is already at work on Mass Effect 3.

The first DA:O DLC was Return to Ostagar that cost $5 for about 2-3 hours. So, if we assume $1.6-2.5 an hour, Awakening will be around 16-25 hours of gameplay for $40.
I've never been able to really look into it, because the website for the DLC won't freaking load right on my browsers. Does anyone else have problems viewing the following website with IE8 or Firefox?

I'm hoping the Mass Effect DLC will be around the same size/cost.

NO offence meant but are you nuts?
Return to Ostagar was 30mins gameplay maybe 10mins reading codex. 40 mins and thats been generous.

My guess is add-on MMO or other spin off. "Far reaching" means more than just one new thing like an expansion. Or maybe it's when they'll finally let us upload Shep pics to forum like DA:O!

Just to be clear, ME3 will NOT come out in 2011. If they are to improve on the size and scape of ME2, it is going to be out in 2012, at least. I think the interviewer misunderstood what Casey meant.
January 2011 is believable for the expansion.

That is a rumor btw. Nobody from Bioware have announced the estimated hours of gameplay.
