If you had enhanced the attributes/skills of your character with tomes, and import into the expansion, will the imported character be able to retain those points if you opt to re-spec?

Yuppers, any additional skills, talents, and attributes you gained in Origins you keep even if you respec. So use those tomes with wanton abandon.
