When you leave the town where you find Shale the Golem... Shale kills a chicken. I love his little animation when you turn and look at him, He shrugs his shoulders... I am still laughing. I have replayed that save a dozen times to watch it.

Shale continues to be one of the more hilarious party members if you use him with the story. Best part of the DLC for sure .



He also has very unique talents which makes him useful anyway.

Did he tell you about birds? It wouldn't have the same impact if he didn't, and I'd imagine Bioware thought the same.

I think the VO is ambiguous about gender and may have even been done by a man. But you're right - Shale's female.

He is very funny for the time ive used him. But I think im gonna stick with Sten =/

Yeah, Shale's pretty fantastic in general, but that has to be the best thing I've seen in this game thus far.

All I hear is Richard Dawkins.

My favorite part was asking him if he killed his previous master, and him ranting about having to carry Wilhelm, and being called Golem. He replied something like "Did I kill him? I cant remember, but I certainly hope I did. I can imagine him saying - 'Golem: stop bashing in my head'."



It is funny because Wilhelm in the first novel always pissed me off. I would love to have seen Shale beat him to a bloody pulp, if he infact, did.
