Ashley - 6, quite cool and cute, but bugged me in ME2

Kaiden - 2, whiny himbo, good riddance...

Wrex - 8, bad ass

Garrus - 9, good in ME1, great in ME2

Tali - 10, I have a wee crush, but she does rule

Liara - 8, cool character in ME1, a bit odd and cold in ME2, hope they sort her out.

Miranda - 9, didn't like her at the start, but by the end thought she was the dogs bollocks! (plus she is mega sexy!!!)

Jacob - 7, A cool dude who I enjoyed interacting with, but thats it.

Mordin - 9, quality character, him singing gilbert and sullivan and giving sex advice for the Talimance!

Grunt - 7, he's cool, but Wrex was better.

Jack - 3, didn't like her at all, pain in the arse.

Thane - 8, Tragically cool, hope he doesn't pop off.

Samara - 7, thought she was cool too.

Morinth - n/a, haven't used her as a team member yet, but like the whole black widow thing, she sounds dangerous, I like it!

Legion - 9, he's awesome man, a quality character.

Zaeed - 4, The man's a tool...simples!

Ashley - she lost some points after ME2 in my book (the same for all ME1 LI characters) - 6/10

Kaiden - I like Kaiden but I like Ash a tad more, that makes Kaiden the number one bomb hugger candidate unfortunately (for him) - 5/10

Wrex - Wrex is king, he actually is - 10/10

Garrus - he always seems to suffer from moral dilemma but he has helped in two games now - 7/10

Tali - Many people seems to love Tali, I am no exception - 8/10

Liara - Well im not her biggest fan, she also seems to suffer some personally disorder between the two games - 3/10

Miranda - I like her, especially her change of heart when it comes to Cerebus in the ending - 6/10

Jacob - solid character that may seem a little boring but thoose characters are needed aswell as a counter for the more whacko characters, - 7/10

Mordin - Mordin has the best loyalty mission of them all, I almost cried when the good doctor witnessed his creation in the female krogan and the poor Krogan without any females - 9/10

Grunt - It's hard not to compare Grunt with Wrex even tho it is an impossible win for Grunt, he is still awsome (just a tad less then Wrex - 7/10

Jack - she has her moments, but its hard to like someone who tells you to go hmm hmm yourself just because you will not make love with her - 4/10

Thane - Thane is cool and wear a cool jacket but that is pretty much it...  - 5/10

Samara - I like the living by the black or white codex concept...  - 6/10

Morinth - I have not yet had her in my party but she seems to be damn evil - unrated

Legion - for some reason im not a big fan of friendly geths, can't really say why... - 4/10

Zaeed - Zaeed is awsome I love his VO and the whole bounty hunter thing he has going but he is kinda pathetic in his loyal mission (paragon run) and he lacks a dialogue tree - 8/10

Ok, after inputting all this past data (I have 162 people's responses in now), it doesn't make anymore sense to gather any more data after this point. The means and the standard deviations are more or less staying the same. I will input the remaining data and call it a day. You may still keep rating characters in this thread, but I will stop gathering data from this point on.
