Notably, Obsidian entertainment got the Aurora engine and updated it to their own graphics engine as well and chose a new for it particularly close to what Bioware named the Dragon Age engine: The Electron engine.
No wonder people get confused.

Maybe we should start a new thread: "release high resolution textures please!" ~never mind the DX11.

As ladydesire said, Eclipse has only been used for DA.
Infinity: Baldur's Gate1,2 also IWD1,2 and PS:T
Aurora: NWN1, Jade Empire, KotOR1 (somewhat modified for the last 2) also NWN2, KotOR2, The Witcher (new graphics engine for NWN2 and heavily modified graphics engine for The Witcher)
UT3: ME1,2
Eclipse: Dragon Age
Engines are almost never brand new. Eclipse is based off of previous engines from BioWare. Is it "new".... sort of. It wasn't built from the ground up, companies never do that since it requires far more work than just using previous engines and heavily modifying them to fit their needs.
The name may be new, but it is not a truly brand new engine.
Even id's id tech 5 engine (Rage engine) that uses megatexturing and seems to be brand new, is not brand new. It is based off of id tech 4 (Doom 3 engine) quite abit.
Source engine is based off of the original Half-life engine, which is a modified version of Quake engine.
Call of Duty engines are based off of older Quake 2/3 engines, just modified.
Again, engines are almost never brand new, just modified versions of existing engines.
