I am deeply impressed.
Sure, you used the original trailers, but the addition of the scenes you selected yourself, the voice placement and of course femShep make it so that this trailer beats the original.

Personally I have tried and tried to play through ME1 with Johnny (and once in ME2), but I lose interest within half an hour because of the boooooring voice, in contrast with Jennifer Hale who manages to whip things up emotionally and sounds completely involved in both games.
With this trailer you give femShep, and Jennifer Hale with that, the credit she deserves.

Kudo's. Many. Srsly. Gonna watch it again.

Comments like these make me want to cry happy tears :crying:

Credit where credit is due. Now wipe your face before I lick dem tears off :kissing:

I really like the trailer, but as someone else said, its missing a bit. I don't want to say your FemShep is bad, I can't say mine is any better necessarily, but especially with that pulled back hair, she has so much less detail than the male version. I realize the male version was made with a special creator, but there are some really nice femsheps out there.

I think a brighter hairstyle not in a pony tail would be best. On youtube (which could be the problem) it kinda looks like a black blob on her head. :(

I do like it though, esp some of the scene changes. My first and main char is a femshep!

EDIT: Ooooh ooh, I noticed..but Mordin is completely missing from your trailer. I think he's the only one not showcased at all, but you left out my favorite scientiest Salarian. :(  Maybe replace the shot of Joker (which doesn't quite fit) with him... :pinched:

^ What do you know...someone actually noticed :) I guess I kinda forgot about him because his scenes in the original were deleted and I ended up using different scenes,

Ah, rather enjoyed that. Nice to see Thane too. *cough cough cough* Why no, I'm not a Thane fangirl, nope...okay, maybe I am. *sigh*

I just noticed an obvious mistake :)

TIM says surround HIM, while I always thought of it as surround THEM for some reason...should have changed it to her, oh well.

THANEEEEE! (the original scene when shepard says "TALI!!!" i believe you can get femshep saying "Thane!!" when he gets taken away by the bees/insect-thingys, if you chose a bad bioticbarrier person)

<3

edit: your avatar is misleading. i thought you we're a thane-fangirl

Brilliantly done Spigy! Better than the original IMO, although would have preferred a focus on either Tali or Garrus (rather than Thane) to establish an empathic link with the characters from the previous game with whom Shephard already shares a deep established bond.

perfect..you would think the devs would have whiped up a femshep version for the community.

Also I'm a guy who loves to play as femshep and I miss my blue muffin too....

Well I said it' just an opinion, you don't have to bite. Only thing I can see as harsh is the OP, but deffinately not the one you qouted.

Besides, I kid. I mean I'm a guy as well :D It just happens that I prefer girls...in games I mean :P Whenever they give me a choice for gender I don't even think about it.

For example:

Jedi Knight: JA - finished dozens of times, only two as male
R6 Vegas 2 - Gotta love camo paint on a female :)
WoW - Originally Tauren Male Druid cause minos are cool, every other character Female.
DA: Origins - Female Elf, silver ponytail :P Female human, Red ponytail

etc etc. once again, don't take offense as I am not bashing the male shepard and this thread is not even for that.

I don't know why but there is something very creepy about that.

Regardless, your trailer is extremely well done. Kudos.

Wasn't sure what I was going to think, but it was great! It looked as if the bioware team had done it and I gotta say, Hales' voice really lifts the hole thing. Good job!

If you want a TON of people to see your work I suggest the following epic trailer.
An alternate universe where MORDIN is the hero.  You could even keep most of the same lines referring to a male.  As the kids say it would be made of win and awesome.

Really, really well done...it makes all the difference seeing femShep up there...all the devs had to do really was 2 versions, would it have been so hard? Great work though kudos!!

I assure you if I had more footage, I would have been more thorough. It is possible to make it exactly the same.

Tbh, if I had all cut scenes on my pc, I would go on a trailer frenzy :D For characters, missions, overall and everything :)

About what? Females or ponytails?

I choose females cause they better to look at and there is the possibility of a lesbian situation in an rpg I take it :)
Ponytails I explained, it's athletic and I like that.

to calm the nerves, I do have a girlfriend and no, she is not a software or immaginary.
