1. Enter your code at dragonage.bioware.com/redeem

Typing that address into the address field in my browser takes me to
http://social.biowar...ge/redeem/en-us but I suppose that should be the right one. Done!Code successfully redeemed!

2. Start Dragon Age: Origins and log in to your EA/Bioware account.

After an awkward struggle of having to create an account I finally managed to do it, then I try to log in through the Downloadable Content screen in the game, to find out that the 'Log In' button is greyed out and unclickable. Instead the 'Always log in' check box is checked when I type but does nada.
I click to 'Manage account/forgot password' button and come to some log in screen at EA which is only a page for resetting my password.
I try to restart the game to see if it works, but no. I click on the redeem button to try to redeem the code again to see if maybe something didn't register correctly between the game and the site. Doesn't work. can't redeem the code again.
Eventually I managed to make my game to connect to the servers but my redeem code doesn't work and I can't download anything. I also seem to have mixed together my old user account from Bioware with the new one at EA and had to try and guess which of my two passwords to use as it seem to be the same account, sort of.

Point 3 and 4 I have yet to come to which seems to have problems on it's own according to posts on the forums.

What an incredible bad idea to use this system of registration! I recommend people forget about this until Bioware has changed to a new system.

1) Create an Social.bioware.com account (this is an ea account).
1b) Since your posting here, it means you have it.

2) Go to My games and select the Dragon age version you have and enter its cd-key to register the game to your account

3) Go to Profile and click on Redeem promo Code

4) type the code in the box and press submit. Repeat this stepp till all codes are accepted.

5) Close the website. and start the game.

6) once in the game, click the Login button at the lower left. Select keep logged in and fill in the same login and pass you use for this website. Click login.

7) Go to Downloadable content. It should be there in the Download progress tab and installed tab.

8) profit.

Worked fine for me

hey hi i did exactly what u post but u see in the net i see that both shell and dragon armor have been add on my account and it seem that it dont what to appear in the game downlaoding page....what is the issu ...and of course iam login in the game...so i wonder why it doesnt appear..maybe if someone can help that would be greate!

I followed your instructions, Syrellaris and I could register the code for the Dragon Armor but not the other content. Despite of that it shows BOTH the Dragon Armor that I could register NOW and also Bergen's Honor, but not the staff and grimoire, that which I could register just once but not again.



I read at their support site (which ever one) that they're working on solving this so I guess we'll just have to wait.

I try the same steps and get "unable to redeem code". Any ideas why?
