1. The Collector Ship
My favorite part of the collector ship was when you suddenly turned a corner and got to experience how big the ship actually was. And during the combat with all those hoverships coming towards you out of nowhere: EPIC.
2. Suicide Mission: Collector Base
While the areas in the suicide mission themselves weren't that interesting, the concepts that they brought towards combat were. Fighting your way frentically to open valves, going against hordes of enemies while being constrained by a barrier, and racing against time to save your teamates: all were very good at utilizing game mechanics and "mixing things up". I won't comment on the final boss, but if Bioware should capitalize on these sort of things in ME3, I would be a very happy gamer indeed.
3. Cerberus Base on Pragia (Jack's loyalty mission)
While not offering too much in terms of gameplay, I really liked this level for it's portrayal of the difficult and traumatic life that Jack grew up in. The dark lighting and rain created a somewhat somber mood, and many areas within it were believable (certainly not someplace I'd like to be in)
That all I've got for now. Hopefully, people will take notice and submit some of their favorite levels from ME2. I look forward to reading them all
