Is it normal this message is always displaying? I got Zaeed, Normandy Crash Site and the 3 Dr. Pepper DLC registered.

I redeemed my cerberus network code in game, not in this website, maybe that's the problem? Because when I check downloadable content in this website it shows me "cerberus network", could this be the New Content Available my game is talking about?
