I'm using Steam, and I'm not sure if there's a Module directory from which I can load. Any help would be appreciated.
Where do I put my created mods when I want to test them in game?

Wow, you're quick!
When you're ready to test, you will need to export the module. This should create a module directory in your Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/AddIns path. When you start the Dragon Age client, it should be available under the "Other Campaigns" selection.
Enjoy.

Just clear your cookies and try to login again, that should work.

No need to clear your cookies, just unlog then log again on the Bioware Social Network main site. It should work.

Ok, I tried this and it didn't work, unless I need to do a Full Export. (I did start one, but after 5 minutes gave up). Do I need to do a Full Export to have the directory show up?

So does that mean we can only use mods in "other campaigns" I.E. We'd start a new character to test/use any mods?
Forgive me if that's a stupid question, but I've never made or used any mods before.

What if you just edit 2da? Do you need to mess with modules? Where would that go?

Is this the same place where I put the mods I've downloaded from the community? I have one mod there already, but it did extract itself, so I didn't have to do anything, now I'm trying another, but can't get it to show in my mod list in game.

If it came as a .dazip, then:
1. Go to your Dragon Age install folder.
2. Go into the bin_ship directory
3. Open daupdater.exe
4. Click "Select DAZIPs"
5. Browse to *.dazip (whatever it's called, wherever you downloaded it) and click Open
6. Click on *.dazip in the Content Updater window.
7. Click "Install Selected"
8. Let it do its thing, then go into Dragon Age and have fun
