I guess this might be a slight spoiler, but I'm not talking any plot details so probably not.  I haven't played it this way yet, but I just wanted to know if having Morinth on the team makes any difference in how the final mission plays out.  I chose Samara and finished the game, then chose Morinth to see what would happen but I didn't want to reload the save and go all the way through again if the end played out the same.

Morinth is already loyal to you upon recruitment, so that shouldn't be a concern. I believe she is also capable of creating the mass effect barriers to keep out the seeker swarms.
