This I agree with, though.  I hated the loading screens.  I'd much rather have elevator moments than deal with as many loading screens as we dealt with in this game.  You'd think after all these years they'd find a better way to handle loading than with loading screens.

The loading screens I can handle. Necessary evil, unfortunately. The annoying part is if you replace the loading movies with a simple splash screen, every level loads 5x faster on a quality PC. 10x faster if you've got a monster rig.

I especially disagree with the gameplay part.

The weapons of ME1 didn't really matter that much because the mass of them just were too similar to even change the weapon. Also most skills are just useless. And you focus too much on one type of weapon. Also, the fights felt more like a dumbed down UT than anything of its own.
ME2 did a VERY good job at improving this. They removed the unimportant stuff which just seemed to be complex and tactical and replaced it with less stuff which really matters. And the combat feels much more unique with the improved cover system and a movement more fitting.

They just changed the game into Gears of War.  Nothing special about that.  I played that game last year.

Yup and ME1 was nothing but Castle Wolfeinstein with some "rpg elements".  I played that like 15 years ago. .
OMG ME2 has levels and experiance points. I played that game back in the 80's I think it was called DnD.
OMG ME2 has guns. Nothing special about that. I used to play guns with my index finger and thumb while saying "BANG BANG".
A Snickers candy bar and Butterfinger candy bar are the same because they both have a chocolate coating on the outside.
What a shocker that some games share gamplay mechanics of previous games
About all Gears of War and ME2 have in common is cover and gunplay.

Considering this game is pretty much all about the combat, then having cover and gunplay in common is saying they're the same game.  Which they are.  The previous game was at least a little different in it's mechanics, but this game is pretty much Gears of War and I played it the same way.  The only things missing are the chainsaws and head stomps.  Don't get me wrong, I liked Gears of War.  It was a fun game, but Mass Effect shouldn't be Gears of War.  Not saying that the combat system from the first game didn't need some tweeking, but I sure as hell didn't want them to change the game into Gears.  Some middle ground between the two would have been good.  At least in Gears I never really ran out of ammo.

I hope in the next game they try to change the combat up a bit.

Idk if its just me but well i sort of breezed through the loyalty missions and i felt rather dissapointed that there was no reason to keep playing and go get all the minerals and find those short missions that are just kill creatures, go, so what im trying to say is it needs more missions Cause its weird just destroying a massive threat in the galaxy then having nothing to do
