I'm having trouble downloading the extra available content: Return to Ostagar, Warden's Keep, Shale, and Blood Dragon Armor. They have started and failed three times now and yes, I have hit the "Retry Download" button to no avail. In the repair section I hit the clear cache and make a firewall exception but still no dice. I checked in my XP Firewall and all three, launcher, game and updater are all clear. This is a fresh install of my OS and on the last one I had no trouble downloading and installing the content. Any idea how I might correct this problem?

I'm having the same problem and I'm using Win 7 64bit it gets to 2% if I'm lucky then fails I aint found any way to fix this yet

i cant even get the blood armor to show up as a DL, i put the code here on the site like it said too, but nothing, what am i doing wrong

Try manually downloading the DLC using the links and instructions in section 4 of the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ.



If the downloads start and fail, it sounds like a network/bandwidth problem that you may be able to get around by downloading them via your browser.
