the two new items were added yesterday when i go thru the cerebrus network in game and click the new downloadable content available.. it shows the ones i already currently have but i cannot find a way to the new items..also..if i try to use the navigation links to game mass effect 2 and official DLC... it takes me back and asks for me to enter "cerebrus promo code" to get into the dlc again obviously it says it has already been used... as i used it two days ago to get the zaheed and normandy crash dlc's..i will edit this post with picture links to show exactly what i see..

masseffectlink is what it opens in browser...

bioware is the link i used to try to get to it another way.. the page behind the link i have highlighted is the resulting page

This all seems simular to those who cannot access the cerebrus in game due to the issue with collectors edition.. i can access in game obviously.. but it asks me for a key when i go to official dlc on website again... and YES i have used same ea/bioware account for all keys etc...

Yup... having same problem. Apparently Games -> Mass effect 2 -> Offical DLC just keeps telling me to redeem cerberus code and because of that i cant view or access new content at all.

Oh and i have collector's edition if that helps

yeah... i was really diggin the idea of a new shotty to play with   since ive played 20 or so hours and still havent managed to find a new shotgun... or submachine gun... or sniper rifle..... sigh... ;0  but i do have 8 different heavy weapons lol

Oh btw... i checked from another thread that the cerberus armour and weapon isnt released YET but will be released today.

yes but this doesnt excuse the fact we couldnt get to it even if it was released..unless it would show up on the page with the other dlcs we have already used.. in which case.. this thread is moot...

You can't even get the collectors aror and collectors assault rifle? I had some problems when trying to acces it by internet. But got it all when opened the cerberus network screen from in-game screen. Then it taken me direct to the DLC download screen. Try accesing via game and via Bio Ware site ( not starting the game before it ). I'll only add i have entered all my codes from ingame opened site and account made ( long before relase of ME 2 ).

also...i feel like a douche for not realizing the current date properly..(for some reason i thought it was the11th today) i assume later today i will have my answer as to whether or not i can access that content..when it is truely released ::braces for the bioware club to impact my skull:::

If the dlc is able to be accessed via that page when its released... could a moderator kindly delete this thread as it will just be taking up space at that point

well as I have the same problem, it would mean that it works for me,too. (At least I hope so...)

When I registered the cerberus network code I got the normandy and zaeed DLC, so I guessed it should be that way, but I always get the message to buy Cerberus Network on the DLC page.

With DA:O it seems to be the same for me... I got all the DLC but when I visit the website it always tells me to buy the DLC I already got.

I also get the Cerberus Network page with the "Learn More", "Redeem Code" and "Buy Now" buttons when I go through the top menu, but I've managed to download all my DLC through the sidemenu (Profile -> Your registered game promotions). Strangely enough the page would even let me download my Cerberus Network DLC (Zaeed, Normandy) before I'd even registered the CN promo code.



When I read about the Cerberus Network, I got the impression that it was supposed to be something similar to the DLC management in Dragon Age: Origins. Is this not the case, or is it just that something has gone wrong for me?

There's a known problem where they gave out the wrong codes with the Collector's Edition: instead of the Cerberus Network code, a code for the Collector's equipment was issued instead.  Or something along those lines, anyway.

Unfortunately, they don't seem to be in much of a hurry to fix it, judging by other reports here.

Can someone post an image what the Official DLC page is supposed to look like? I also have the Collectors' Edition and the DLC page just tells me to redeem the Cerberus code even though I have already redeemed it. Is it intended to do that?

I'm also having this issue after redeeming the Cerberus code. I can still access DLC through the registered game promotions section, but I'm not sure if new DLC will be added there.

The 2 new items do not drop until today (2/9/10) at noon BioWare time.

same thing for me. i redeemed the cerberus code and instaaalled but when i want to go to the screen it sais i gotta buy or redeem

Ignore the http://social.bioware.com/page/me2-dlc page. Think of it as an advertising page for people who don't already have the Cerberus Network.  If you've already redeemed your code you don't need to go there.

Unless they give other instructions for redemption, when the new DLC is released it will likely show up on under Registered Game Promotions since its going to be automatically associated with your account.

What time may it be in Poland? We are GMT +1, so what is the Bio Ware time? Someone said on other forums it will be at 8:00 PM. Is it true?

BTW: I opened the link you posted and still see only Normandy crash site and Zaeed's DLC.

So if my calculations are correct its only 9:30 AM (ish) in Edmonton so we have another 2 and a half hours to wait if it is only released noon their time.

My game has said New Content Available since I installed it the week of release. I don't think that's a really good indicator.

About that, from the very beginning i accesed Cerberus Network and downloaded my PC DLC ( Normandy, Zaeed, Collectors armor/gun ), it alway's show "New Content Aviable". I am a PC user and in my DLC there is also a file of Collectors armor/gun fro XBOX 360. I can't download it. Maybe that's the problem.
