Same here, but now my game ALSO says, scrolling after that "Cereberus Armor"

i have downloaded all my stuff from collectors edition and i still get new content available all the time!!

Ignore the http://social.bioware.com/page/me2-dlc page. Think of it as an advertising page for people who don't already have the Cerberus Network.  If you've already redeemed your code you don't need to go there.

Unless they give other instructions for redemption, when the new DLC is released it will likely show up on under Registered Game Promotions since its going to be automatically associated with your account.

Or use the "new content available link" ingame. The launcher only sends you to the Cerberus registration page.

My in-game menu says "Cerberus members can now download the M-22 Eviscerator Shotgun and Assault Armor"



But it isn't there when I go to DL.

I would guess they're working on the infrastructure of getting it uploaded, and some parts are going online earlier then others.

If its not in your registered game promotions and you have the CN, then it is not implemented yet.

I have that same problem. The whole "Redeem code" thing whenever I go to any of the DLC sections on the web.

You seem to be right though. The only way I can get DLC is to go to the in game Cereberus screen and go to "Your registered game promotions". It seems weird that any time I go to the REAL DLC section on Biwoare's site it bumps me out (As well as going to the new content available line during the in-game menu load-up) but I guess that's how they are doing it for ME2.

Sad, since DA:O had such a wonderful DLC in-game browser. You never once had to leave the game screen. It was all done in-game, flawlessly.

I have the same message that there's new shotgun and armor downloadable, but I don't see it in my dlc-list. Seems like that they like to tease Europeans and especially Finnish (GMT + 2) people. > Or the other option is that I just screwed up with my account...don't know why but when I was playing the game trough first time it cleared all my achievments in the middle of game.
I was halfway trough and next time I started the game reguired logging in to Cerberus Network (which I had on auto) and after that I had lost those damn achievments. I checked the "new content available"-page to ensure that it was the same account as before. At least I don't remember that I would had another accounts with the same e-mail...

I don't know if that's involved to the missing new DLCs, but anyway it was really annoying.

Oh and I've had that "new content available"-link in my game from the very beginning, altought I've downloaded the DLCs.

the new content worker perfectly fine for me via the registered promotions page once it was finally released.. i also have the issue with new content available being eternally there in game however.. this is just a bug im sure.... as someone said before.. the official dlc link on the main page is for the paid dlcs.. however once those are released im sure we will find out if this will be a further issue... also.. some people have reported it showing the dlc when its not available yet im sure this is just a time discrepancy... it should show up in time...

It does hide itself between Zaeed and the Normandy Crash site. Look for "Cerberus Weapon and Armor".

What am I missing?



1) I purchased the game from Steam.

2) I had a "Cerberus" code, and entered it in-game.

3) I click on "New Content Available", and it takes me to a page where I have to log into my account.

4) Once there, I registered ME2 with my "CD key" (the one Steam gave me), that registered OK.

5) I go to "Your registered game promotions" page, and it lists *nothing*. (No titles, game, etc.)



So, what am I doing wrong, in order to get the DLC? Did I not qualify for it by not having the "collector's edition"? Do I have to buy GfWL points (I saw that someplace, now I can't get back there.)



Oh, I did find a place to redeem a "Promo Code" but when I try, it says it has already been done (probably from when I entered the code to activate the Cerberus Network in-game?)

Is your login in-game the same email address as the one associated with your account here? You should see the email associated with this account on the Registered Game Promotions Page.

If the email addresses are different, you have associated Cerberus Account with a different EA account. You would have to login here with that email and password (and then choose a new username) to be able to see the Cerberus Network DLC here.  (Or contact EA Support and have them merge the accounts.)

If your http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php page really has nothing than you'll likely need to contact EA Support to see if they can get it sorted out.

They should make it a little more obvious which ones you have and have NOT downloaded, I've been trawling for the last hour looking for help only to find it was right under my nose the whole time! GAAAGH... well, at least it's there!

Heheh especially when you have them all.

8 diffrent x-box 360 entitlements and 11 pc entitlements for ME2 alone.

The DA:O (pc)content delivery method is 10000000000000 light years ahead of the one for ME2.Kinda sad really.
