I have installed "Return to Ostagar" but the starting point in northeast banorn does not appear. Is there a known console command to manually start the add on? v 1.02 is installed. The module is marked "activated"

Make sure you also have the Return to Ostagar Offer installed. See section 2 of the DLC In Game Errors FAQ for instructions on how to check for it, and to install it if its missing.

I have downloaded Return to Ostagar, and downloaded all the recent patches but still come up with missing requirements, help please

Make sure the patches have been correctly applied. From the Game Launcher select Configure. This will bring up the Configuration Utility. In there go to Game, and see what number is listed next to DAOrigins.exe. If it is not 1.02, try downloading and installing Patch 1.02 again.
If the game version is already 1.02, then you may be having some other DLC installation problem. For example, DLC has problems installing if your My Documents directory is on some other drive than C:. Check the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ for solutions to general installation problems.

Make sure that you are logging into the game with an account that has RTO attached to it - you can verify what is attached to your account by checking this page.
