Two days ago I noticed something odd if you visit Denerim and speak to Mster Ignacio before meeting Zevran. On my current playthrough I decided to be "bold" and play on Normal seting, which is a bit of a struggle for me. So I decided to do Lothering, Redcliffe Nightfall and then explore Ferelden to do as many side tasks as possible to build up my characters. I went to Denerim and got a message from the Antivan Crows. Now... speaking with Master Ignacio gave me the option of saying something close to "So you are the one trying to kill me?".
Why would that be possible if you haven't activated the scene with Zevran getting hired by Loghain and then having to fight said irritating elf on the road?

I feel that an alternative route should've been launched here. Either a change in story or the removal of options when speaking with Ignacio.
