Edit:
Go to the folder you installed DA to, and open the bin directory. Run DAConfig. Click the 'game' tab on the left, and it should have your registration code. Write it down and don't lose it.

As a cheap substitue in the meantime, you can google the phrase you are looking for then add:
site:social.bioware.com
at the end of your search string...

It shouldn't be the UPC, should it? I know I have the PC version and that may be the difference, but on the back of the manual is a 20 digit code at the top of the page and under that is all about 'register at EA! Get this, that and the other!". Does the XBox version of the manual not have that?
Edit: Okay, so NOW I follow the link. UPC code. How odd.
