guys i need help, when i try to get the key from the chantry to free stem and go to get out is crash every time- plzzzzzzzzzzzz help, i cant know what to do

I think at this point, with all the crashing, there will be no help forthcoming from neither bioware nore EA. It is a shame really. Apparently they don't care that they put out crap products.

I haven't bought a game that has crashed in years. They may have other issues, but not crashing. This is just... a slap in the face.
There is an unofficial FAQ for troubleshooting, but I think that's insulting that the company resorts to such shenanigans. I went to the official troubleshooting site and found nothing that assisted me personally with my particular crashing problems, and I have them aplenty. This game I put down after 30 minutes of frustration and go play world of warcraft, or worse ... work O_o
