Same problem here.
I activated the code for Stone Prisioner but it won't show on the DLC screen for download.
I tried everything in the sticky topic.
Next thing I'll try is the manual installation.

Dragon Age DLC does not provide a direct download link, the Download links on the Page you took a screenshot for only apply to Mass Effect 2. It is supposed to download automatically when you log into the game with the same account you redeemed them with.
