1. Where the hell did Mordin get a seeker bug?

2. No more lewt for me? Instead I get some credits from some stuff I salvage or "salvage" (Yes, steal) while I'm doing the mission, and cerebrus pays me as well? What the? Jack's got the gist of it, in ME3 I demand we can become pirates. And cerebrus paid what, over 4 billion to bring Shepard back to life, plus however much the SR2 Normandy cost, and crew payments for that ship, yet they won't give me all the money I need to buy all the best gear, which would be only what, about 1.5 million? TIM's spending too much time around politicians methinks.

2. Paragon/Renegade system. Blow the heretics to smithereens, and it's badass, but changing who they are and docilely sending them back to live in Geth society where, as Shepard points out, that decision could result in a mass neurosis of the Geth and potentially corrupt the entire Geth population, is a compassionate course of action? A lot of the other choices have similar traits, in particular the end of ME1, let the damn council die so you make sure you kill off Sovereign, and oh no, you're a renegade, regardless of why you did it? Then again, if Bioware wanted to explore your motives it'd turn their games into a perverse form of windows ("I see you let the council die. Are you sure you wanted to do that? If so, please select the reason why from the list below. Sorry, you need administrator access to make this game change).

3. So many decisions in ME1, so little repercussions in ME2. Let the council die or don't, doesn't change much. Keeping Bhatia's body for tests to help protect against the Geth? Pffft, I haven't seen or heard anything from that decision. Save the Rachni? Meet a possessed Asari. Hell, even meeting your ex-lover doesn't do much, and being a spectre, big whoop. Can't even use it against that idiot in Thane's mission unless you're a renegade, oye. Guess I need to let more idiotic councils die.

4. The change to needing ammo clips. It certainly makes the game more challenging, but come on, we in the 21st century make damn good heat sinks, what happened to humanity between now and then? Why can't you just let the weapon bleed off heat if you don't fire too much, and save the clips for going nuts? And the whole thermal clips are interchangeable thing, well then let me take it out of the SMG I never use and put it into my pistol or assault rifle instead please.

5. At least some of the ground team survived (or all of them did), so what the hell is the PILOT doing shooting at collectors at the end? Especially when he knows there's a  big explosion about to occur? Also, install that damn IFF when I say you can, not just when we get it. Daddy still has quests to do children, and daddy doesn't like getting his crew killed off. And let's get some firepower near us as well, as hey, we're screwing with advanced technology from our enemies and they've already tried to trick us once, so it might be, you know, prudent?

6. For the love of whatever's out there, sorry I did not click the move to button right alongside the wall, but seriously, use your brains and get into cover, not sit there and get shot while praying or whatever else you're doing on your knees. Also, don't jump out of cover to shoot one enemy and expose yourself to five more in the process.

7. Please, please, let me shove Zaeed out of an airlock. Even better, feed him through the Normandy's garbage system, then you can eject your own little Zaeed cube into space. I haven't hated a character so since Bishop in NWN2, or Jar Jar Binks.

8. Getting it on with the aliens. In this game, the 2 alien species which use proteins which have opposite chirality to us. Great, we should be killing each other at the end of the session due to severe adverse reactions. Way to consummate the relationship.

I could think of more, but it's getting late, and I'm sure other people have touched on these before.

For the record you do receive mail from Bhatia's widow.

Yeah, I've seen from other sources you do, but I've never received it personally. Maybe it doesn't recognise I did that in my original playthroughs.
