I bought this game for my nephews and it came with the Cerberus code the older was able the activate. When his brother tried playing the code would not work on a second game, same console different game, does my brother has to cough up 15 dollors for the other 2 children to play those quests? I bought them dragon age and it saved the new quests onto the hard drive so all could play them.

Yes, and the same thing happens here. The only thing that means is that if there is new content released on the CN, the nephew with the CN code attached to his gamertag will need to be the one to download it. Then anyone on that Xbox can use it.

Do you sign into your EA account in the 360 version? Cerberus Network code is a single use thing and attached to the account you use to sign into here with. Your youngest nephew could log into his brothers EA account on his game and should be able to use the DLC.

Uh no, once it's downloaded, you don't need to sign in to anything to use it.

Thanks, now I can tell them they can all play the same game. As long as the dowload quests are available to all then there will be peace. The yonger was upset when he was told he could not visit the normandy crash site.

My internet access was down a couple of days ago and so I was unable to connect to my account through ME2. I couldn't access anything I'd downloaded. Maybe that's just a problem with the PC version, or maybe it's just me, but that's why I asked,

Yep. I have the CN and all DLC on my gamertag, and my wife can access all of it just fine on her gamertag.
Edit: Ibram, that sucks. Seriously. Just for fun, I yanked my 360's ethernet, loaded up my wife's tag, and resumed her game. Worked just fine, no yakking on the DLC. People would FREAK if they couldn't use their DLC offline.
