I hit refresh and my cart was emtpy and no confirmation email.... trying again. HOpefully it's not a double grumble.

I let it run and it came back with an error messaging saying that the availability of one or more shipping choices had been changed and to re-check my shipping selection and try again. Trying again now.

Just got mine through too. If anyone's getting that error I mentioned try taking it out of your cart, re-adding it, and then try submitting again. Took a few minutes to process but it went through eventually.
