Maybe I just haven't been able to find a post about this, but I'm not sure if its a glitch or what.
I never was able to find/talk to Conrad Verner. In ME1 I did the renagade thing and finished the quest. In ME2, I heard he was supposed to be in the bar on Illium. I searched all of Illium over probably on 4 different occasions throughout the game with no luck. Whats up with that??
Conrad never showed up

I never did the renegade part for conrad in ME1 but from what I know he dies after you tell him to f off. You apparently hear about it when in the elevator on the citadel

Ah, that would make sense. I never was able to hear it because I had to keep my volume down most of the time I played through the game.
