Firstly, sorry if this topic has been posted before, I searched but couldn't find it.
I have DA:O for the Xbox 360 and when I try to register on this site, I get the message "Code is not valid for game." I tried every code off the "outside of the box" but got the same message every time. I tried registering this exact game on the EA site listed on the back of the manual, twice in fact, and both times the code went through, but it still doesn't appear on this site.
What am I doing wrong? Is the previous registration blocking this one, or did I just misunderstand what they meant by UPC code?

This site uses UPCs for registering the xbox 360 version of dragon age - the UPC is the 12-digit number on the bar code.

I had the same issue. Turns out you need the single digits to the right and left of the bar code - not just the ones under it. The ones under it are only 10 digits total - but if you include the single digit to the left and right of the bar code - you get you 12 digit number.
