In game, I get logged into the Cerberus network no problem. The little computer on the side during startup is there.

But when I click on the "new DLC" option, it brings me to the Social Site, where it asks me to register my Cerberus card.

I've already done that, why is it not recognizing that?

Ignore that page.

Go to Registered Game Promotions. It should list the Cerberus Related DLC (Normandy Crash Site, and Zaeed). If it doesn't are you logged into the site with the same account that you are in game? BTW the new DLC may not available yet, even though the in-game computer says it is.

I'm logged in with the only account I have. Same info as for the EA site. And everything else.

Just the Cerberus Network doesn't seem to work properly.

Do the Cerberus Network related DLC show on http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php? If so everything is working correctly.

I'm still concerned about what happens once major add-ons are released, however; although we can get the freebies using this link, the apparently inoperable DLC link on one's profile could turn out to be an obstacle when it comes to selecting paid content.  It'd be nice if somebody from Bioware would clarify the situation one way or the other...

I'm having the same problem, I hope Bioware / EA are going to be fixing / clarifying this problem soon because I dont feel like being locked out of buying DLC packs because of this bug : /

Same problem here, and when I used the live chat for Customer Support, they didn't seem able to understand the problem. They even tried blaming it on my browser (IE), despite I get the same problem on both 7.0 and 8.0.



I heard new DLC would be available today, so I decided to check the "Official DLC" page, and I still have the Redeem Code page showing up for me. And like the others here, I have all my promotions registered and installed, and Cerberus Network works in-game. But the page that's supposed to contain any new DLC is blocked for me.

The Offical DLC page is not where the new "free" DLC is supposed to show up. Its only advertising DLC that can be purchased. Even after you get the Cerberus Network it will still show up there.

The new DLC for today will show up on your Registered Game Promotions Page as its automatically been associated with your account.

There is not a distinct line item for the Cerberus Network. You should instead see

Zaeed - The Price of Revenge (Cerberus Network)
Cerberus Weapon and Armor (Cerberus Network)
Normandy Crash Site (Cerberus Network)

Works for me. New seems this:
