so im having numerous problems with my squad

1- after saving circle of magi wynne is invisible- i can still talk to her and she interacts with me but i cant see her or select her in party select screen

2- i killed loghain yet at the final battle when i choose who to leave behind he is there- he is invisible but he still talks to me saying his goodbyes,plus at the final conversation in the hall he is standing there among my party and afterwards talks to me like nothing happened- when he should be dead

3-love interests are all failing, so i started romancing both leliana and morrigan and i got to a conversation where leliana made me choose- so i told her the 3rd option(then im sorry,,,,but i love morrigan) which obviously broke it off with her yet when i go and talk to morrigan she just gives me the "friend" conversations that you get if you break up with her

are these known bugs? is it just me?
