Sorry if this has been answered before but what are the effects of the "dex bug" that I keep hearing about and has it been fixed on PS3?
From what I can gather throuh browsin throuh the threads, it was supposed to be fixed in the RtO DLC, but this is not available yet.
Also, will this affect andy builds other than dual weilding dagger rogue?
