Mindf**k - Reapers intentions were justified if you ask me (human race was spreading like a virus and they wanted to do something with it). That was one of the deepest motive I've seen in any game that literally can be talked and analyzed for days;

Immerse - I had a deep connection with Shepard, with her intentions, motives that drove her to sacrifice others and put one thing among others;

Creation - best crafted and well planned world that sniffs and eats at breakfast Star Wars, Star Trek and others spaceopera worlds... Every class, gender, race, clusters, worlds and history is a total blast and thing that perfectly connects every other aspect of the game.
