So, my xbox completely died yesterday while playing ME2. I have an older Elite with the 120gb hard drive. I'm planning on going out and purchasing a new Arcade and swapping over the hd.
Will my cerberus network authorization/DLC transfer over when I swap over my drm liscenses on xbox.com? (using same gamertag)

If you always play online, then don't bother.
If you play offline a lot, then yes, you'll need to transfer the licenses.

OP: I'd think they would when you swap over drm licenses.
What if his internet goes down or something, then the OP may run into the need to be online problems for dlc that some users experience.
