I have bought points 2 times. I have updated my game. I can't download the game from the web or when I am on my game logged in.

wait! I just downloaded it!

You should wait with the game open, after a while you get the message "Download Complete"



(btw after that I've discovered that in the Profile Window there is a sheet for the downloads

Where do you get it? I looked on the downloadable content and it wasn't there.

Where are you Rexxar and where are you Terenzio, maybe its only been released in the US/Canada, I'm in the UK (Europe)

EDIT: I also can't download it, it doesn't appear as an option.

Return to Osgatar has been released for the PC worldwide. I suggest, now that search is back, that you do a forum search for other threads that have covered this. (Mostly in the DA PC Tech Forum). As the various different things people have done to get RtO to appear are to numerous to easily summerize.

OK I am in UK and dont seem to have any problem with it. If any of you still are I can only suggest you check that DAO is logging on to your account correctly

It's not listing itself at all for me in the game. I bought the points to get it but there's no where I can use the points to get it

I had a problem with this too, I couldn't see any new DLC in-game in the Available Content page. The problem was that my Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater service was turned off (I have no idea why, I haven't turned it off myslef).



If you can't see Return to Ostagar in your Available Content page try to do this: in windows press [windows key]+R and type "services.msc". You should get a list of your available services. Look for "Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater" and right-click it. There you should have the option to turn it on. After I did that everything worked smoothly.

I got it downloaded after buying the extra points but I can't install it becaue it needs a newer verison of the game1.2 is there anyway I can upgrade the game I have rather then buying a new version?
