Has Return to Ostagar been taken down or is this an issue with my game?

I really hope someone can help me. I've been a bit distracted with ME2 and only decided to download RtO today, but when I go to the downloadable content screen in the game itself there's nothing there. And yes, I am logged in.

I have the same issue. How long did you leave it on that screen before it appeared? Mine has been up for about 20 mins now and nothing.

Could someone look into this? I have the same issue (I'm guessing it is completely unrelated to the unauthorised DLC issue that I have been unable to resolve). I've bought points, I stare at the DLC screen and nothing comes up saying RTO is available.
Is there a manual place to exchange my points for RTO?
