Im planning to use shale for my new playthrough, how ever i never found the flawless crystals in my previous playthrough(didnt get that dlc till im almost done with the playthrough).

so i wonder where are they located ? if anyone got a list it will be much appreciated.

If you're playing on consoles, you'll find them in various stores throughout the game and also as loot in Honnleath and Cadash Thaig. If you're playing on PC, they're part of the random treasure tables so you'll be finding the occasional one in chests and corpse loot throughout the game.
