Hello other Dragon Age Fans,

I'm totally lost, have tried every thing I can think off, browsed all the forums and tried to send a question to bioware ! I even made a new account but I get directly back that my username or password is incorrect and sending my username to my e-mail account doesn't happen !

Is there anyone who can help me before I throw this game in the dumpster !

I've an bioware account and see that mine PS3 is connected to the internet.

Recently (1 week ago) I bought for mine PS3 the additional content "Stone Prisoner" a € 14,99
In mine PS3 main screen under the header "Playstation r Network" and head "Download listI see standing that I've purchased the additional content.
When I download the content in this screen I don't get an message that it was unsuccesful but that it was installed. I think it has been installed on my PS3 harddrive under "Game" and then Helpprogram for Gamedata (is this the right place).

In the main Dragon Age screen under downloadable content, I get "No content is available blablablabla.
When I resume my game at the merchant Felix, I get the message,"You must be connected to the PlaystationNetwork and the Dragon Age Servers to access online features of the title"

People what the heck, I don't get this. I thought I had a game console where I only need to know how to start up my console. After a full week cursing and swearing I am really done with it and could need a help.

Who of you clever people knows the solution to my connection problem with the Dragon Age server ?

If anyone needs more info to help me please let me know.  Excuse me for the long post and my nagging but
I'm really getting desperate.

try the top thread, in big CAPS letters saying something like "problem with DLC content".. they might have info you are looking for in that one !!

I also thought that that maybe was applicable for me, except that I purchased mine code at mygamestore.nl and the code that i've is totally different plus that i don't find any signs of a region code in mine.

Should it be helpful to post the code ?
