I have an mage-fighter. Arcane-mage. I see that all the armor and the
main weapons have magic instead of dex, strength, etc so that the arcane mages can equip themselves.

However, any daggers that you try to occupy in their hands shows the original stats (ie, dex, strength)

Is this a bug or a feature?

The Tooltip says:
"...an arcane warrior who has learned this spell may use the magic attribute to satisfy the strength requirement to equip higher-level weapons  or armor."
