It's a CE I got from Singapore, and the 10 digit code wont validate. Is there anyway around this?

I think it's a 12 digit UPC, include the numbers on either side of the UPC barcode as well. When you are entering the code I think it shows a picture with all the numbers circled if you enter an invalid one. (I entered 10 and didn't notice the digit on either side needed to be included initially)
