Just unlimited resources? A cheat? I wouldn't pay for that at all!  That's garbage!

I'll pay for new explorable planets and races, but not for damn cheats.

I'd pay for a dlc that brought back random planet exploration to find resource caches and took out scanning all together. Actually no I wouldn't because it should have been in the game. I might pay for extra story missions or just extra hard missions or something.

It's not so bad. If you import a rich level 60 ME1 character to start a new game AFTER you earn the Long Service Medal Achievement in ME2 you start the game with 60k in each of the 4 resources and 350k credits. That essentially makes it cake though I wouldn't mind not having to scan anything at all so yeah I'd pay something reasonable in the $5-$20 price range.
